We are currently working with an Industry Leading Performance Marketing Agency based in the West end. They provide cutting-edge digital solutions for some of the biggest names in live entertainment fashion and e-commerce. Their data-driven expertise in strategic digital marketing consultancy and digital marketing insight is built on years of commercial experience.
The Role:
After a period of rapid growth, they are looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Account Director to take charge of a selection of theatre and e-comm accounts. You’ll work with paid media account managers and executives across some of their largest clients, overseeing strategy, planning and day to day execution across channels such as Paid Search, Paid Social and Display.
The role requires direct experience in performance marketing platforms such as Google Ads,
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and DV360.
The nature of the role also demands a track record of working directly with clients to plan,
execute and measure successful campaigns across a range of budgets as well as a
demonstrated high level of flexibility, initiative, and attention to detail.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
As Account Director you’ll have a range of key responsibilities, including:
- Working closely with the members of the Executive team to develop innovative and
- Overseeing the planning, implementation, and optimisation of performance marketing
- Checking in regularly on account health and performance and delegating key actions to
- Day-to-day management of all aspects of your account team, including identifying key
- Overseeing the maintenance of digital media plans and budget sheets to ensure all data
- Drawing insight from third party analytics data and implementing innovative management
- Contributing to new business proposals and pitches, bringing in platform expertise and
- Participating in internal and external meetings regarding current and future projects
- Assisting with workload management and identifying areas of growth and wastage, to

LOCATION
Their stunning offices are based in the heart of Fitzrovia, minutes’ walk from Goodge Street,
Tottenham Court Road and Warren Street stations.
They currently operate a hybrid working week, including Tuesday-Thursday in the office with the
option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
