The Role:
We are looking for a talented Ecommerce professional to own their B2B eCommerce strategy and take their sales to the next level. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, you will be a key senior member within the team and will make your mark within a fast-paced environment. 
As the expert in eCommerce, your main goal will be to strategically elevate the eCommerce offering, working with your team, and external agencies, to deliver an exceptional experience and driving ambitious KPIs planned for the next 2 to 3 years and beyond.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Create the strategic eCommerce marketing plan to achieve growth targets to 2025 
  • Build business cases and deliver growth initiatives within the team and across business applying your optimisation and conversion expertise 
  • Overseeing day to day eCommerce operations including site management, conversion rate optimisation, testing, on site analytics 
  • Continually improving customer offer and proposition working with key stakeholders across marketing and the wider business 
  • Lead local eCommerce initiatives, with the support of your team, whilst being the Global go-to for all eCommerce related projects 
  • Defining and managing yearly budgets and plans to deliver the sales growth forecasts 
  • Measure and analyse performance regularly, adjusting tactics as required to ensure results are achieved and goals are exceeded. 
  • Make data led recommendations as to how we can improve and optimise eCommerce activities  
  • Provide leadership, motivation, direction and support to the Marketing Executive and other junior members of the marketing team 
  • Work with Brand Marketing to ensure alignment to core value proposition and brand positioning 
Skills & Experience:
  • 5+ years’ experience within a similar eCommerce focused role 
  • Demonstrable experience in growing eCommerce sales  
  • Strong collaborator and mentor with the ability to bring out the best in talent and effectively motivate and manage teams  
  • Commercially minded and able to demonstrate ROI using data driven strategies 
  • You will have an analytical & inquisitive mind, with a passion for interrogating data to understand current performance and identify opportunities for growth 
  • Relationship building skills with the ability to interface with senior executives and experts across the organisation  
  • Be creative and strive to always think differently  
  • You will be adept at managing multiple concurrent projects and able to prioritise your workload accordingly 
  • You will be poised and confident, able to liaise with large organisations and present business cases to senior management
