The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Acquisition Manager to join the eCommerce team to drive customer acquisition through the B2B eCommerce channel. You will develop and implement acquisition-based automation campaigns through partners, fostering new opportunities to grow this channel. You’ll be part of a creative, hardworking, and friendly team, working in a collaborative and innovative environment with key stakeholders across the business.
Your Responsibilities:- Own and be responsible for the end to end handling of email campaigns: concept, brief, design, build, test, launch, analysis, and optimisation
- Manage relationships with current third-party suppliers and identify appropriate new partners
- Collaboration with key teams to ensure correct content and consistent messaging is used across channels
- Undertake email performance reporting, drawing actionable insights to help continuously optimise email performance
- Constant test and learn approach, overhauling strategies and implementing your own data-driven ideas
- Work with key stakeholders to develop initiatives to acquire new customers
Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record of managing and developing acquisition-based email marketing campaigns
- Proven track record of identifying, developing, and managing revenue generating activities
- Strong copywriting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a very high attention to detail
- Good knowledge of customer behaviour and key trigger points
- Strong understanding of customer data and segmentation
- Strong experience of implementing email best practice
- Understanding of leveraging email against other marketing channels
- Experience in data driven marketing
