The Role:
We are looking for an experienced eCRM Manager to join the eCommerce team to drive customer retention and loyalty through the B2B eCommerce. You will own and develop retention-based email campaigns from concept to completion, understanding the lifecycle of an existing eCommerce customer and use data points to build targeted campaigns to deliver customer and revenue growth. You’ll be part of a creative, hardworking, and friendly team, working in a collaborative and innovative environment with key stakeholders across the business.
Your Responsibilities:- Own and be responsible for the end to end handling of email campaigns: concept, brief, design, build, test, launch, analysis, and optimisation
- Generating landing page content and offers to support email content
- Collaboration with key teams to ensure correct content and consistent messaging is used across channels
- Undertake email performance reporting, drawing actionable insights to help continuously optimise email performance
- Constant test and learn approach, overhauling strategies and implementing your own data-driven ideas
- Work with key stakeholders to develop initiatives to retain, reactivate and increase the lifetime value of customers
Skills & Experience:- Proven track record of managing and developing automated email lifecycle campaigns
- Proven track record of identifying, developing, and managing revenue generating activities
- Strong copywriting skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a very high attention to detail
- Experience of mapping an existing customer journey and alignment of automated campaigns
- Good knowledge of customer behaviour and key trigger points
- Strong understanding of customer data and segmentation
- Strong experience of implementing email best practice
- Understanding of leveraging email against other marketing channels
