The Role: 

My client are looking for an experienced senior eCommerce Specialist, who will focus on ensuring that their digital projects and initiatives are executed with a unified and powerful voice for the brands to maximise returns. You’ll oversee the adaptation of the Global Digital Marketing Strategy to local markets, leading implementation, and being the digital subject matter expert for the business across web visibility, e-commerce, and CRM.  You will also directly manage the CRM strategy with the objective to streamline internal business processes and put in place omni-channel CRM program for B2B clients and final consumers.
The responsibilities of the role:
  • Adapt and execute the Global Digital Marketing strategy for the UK market
  • Be the Brand Guardian for brand consistency within the E-commerce 
  • Be responsible for the online sales of their UK brands (Over £2M)
  • Deploy Digital tools to support business growth 
  • Manage team of junior eKAM and digital execs
  • Manage digital budget & be responsible of e-retailer P&L
  • Manage brand-to-third party communication from the beginning of digital projects
  • Track and report project / channel KPIs (websites, social media, campaigns, eCommerce) to HQ
  • Manage partnerships with Key E-retailers in order to achieve yearly sales targets (B2B : Feelunique, LookFantastic, Escentual, etc. and B2C : NAOS E-com and Amazon)
  • Adapt local e-commerce strategy B2B and B2C as necessary for NAOS brands in line with brands’ priorities and global guidelines
  • Drive brand communication ecosystems together with brand and sales teams
    • o  brand communication platforms and campaigns
    • o  brand websites 
    • o  social media 
    • o  e-retailer platform 
  • Special Projects: CRM
    • o  Manage all processes of CRM based sales force application used by field teams (Medical, Sales and Training) & support the field teams on this project 
    • o  Manage all processes of CRM based loyalty program
    • o  Manage all processes of CRM based B2B portal

  • Good understanding of partnership and affiliation 
  • Any CRM platform knowledge is necessary, Microsoft/Salesforce CRM is a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of email marketing and best practices; including segmentation and high-volume list pull, and developing automated and lifecycle programs
  • Know-how in digital & social media, SEM, email marketing would be a plus 
  • E-Store management and e-retailer platform analysis  
  • Verbal and written fluency in English

  • 4+ years of CRM, Digital marketing e-commerce management experience, including category management experience 
  • Experience in CRM/ project ownership is mandatory.
  • University degree, MBA is preferred
