The Organisation:
Digital Careers, part of the Digital Recruitment Company is currently working with a growing creative agency who are looking to expand the search side of their business.
The Role:
The role is responsible for daily paid search campaign management across various platforms and channels, detailed reporting and assisting with delivering performance of pre-agreed targets.
You will be working closely with the paid search manager and client account managers to help develop account strategies, client/campaign messaging as well as assisting the sales team on forecasts and pitches.
The responsibilities of the role:
  • Daily account management of pay per click accounts on Google AdWords, Yahoo, Bing and other search platforms for a variety of clients.
  • Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.
  • Manage large keyword lists.
  • Provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates.
  • Manage display network placement lists on AdWords and other search platforms
  • Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals.
  • Develop new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and assist in the creation of new paid search marketing initiatives.
  • Generate weekly and monthly client reporting.
  • Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments.
  • Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance client goals.
  • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels.
  • Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results.
  • Work closely with the other team members to meet client goals.
Experience and skills:
  • Passion for paid search and internet marketing.
  • Two years’ experience (preferably with at least 1 year working in an agency environment)
  • Focused on results and ROI
  • Ability to think creatively to identify and resolve problems.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere.
  • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation.
  • Able to clearly and effectively articulate thought process and ideas
  • Ability to learn new industries and new business types quickly.
