The Organisation:
Digital Careers, part of the Digital Recruitment Company is working with the top digital advertising agency globally. They an award-winning full service creative engagement Agency blending strategy, creativity and technology to help brands define and deliver their vision.

The Role:
The role is 100% dedicated to their biggest clients Social business sector.
You must be a digital native, with a solid foundation in developing social campaigns that support commercial objectives (be those engagement, shift in ITP, or supporting sales objective).
The opportunity for growth is high.  You will be good at building relationships, you will have an eye for biz dev, and the confidence to liaise at a senior level. You will steer a wide team, including creative and planning, to challenge the client to be the best in breed for social. 
You will develop and build social strategies, and approach to social measurement/reporting, building out campaigns through digital media, and developing creative and community led approaches.
Experience of brand digital and an understanding of the wider commercial and communications framework would also be useful.
This is a leadership role, and will offer the right candidate many opportunities.

The responsibilities of the role:
  • Develop solid business relationships with senior clients through regular and pro-active contact.
  • Deliver strategic solutions and innovative concepts to campaign deliverables.
  • Management of the day-to-day with client service team and wider delivery teams
  • Accountable for resource and financial status, including forecasting
  • Team line management responsibilities and team motivation.
  • To be knowledgeable on trends and platforms, and equipped with creativity and innovative ideas.
  • To be the go to client service lead for social
 
Experience and skills:
 
  • Graduate caliber with min 4-6 years proven track record in agency with clear social experience and expertise.
  • Good understanding of the agency, planning, creative and production processes.
  • Highly organised and able to manage workload effectively.
  • Ambitious, fun, adaptable, confident and self-motivated.
  • Tact, diplomacy, maturity in relating and interacting with people at all levels.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
