The Organisation:
Digital Careers, part of the Digital Recruitment Company is currently working with a fast-growing funding company who are revolutionizing the way business’s grow. They are looking for an experienced CRM manager to support company growth as they continue improving their marketing strategy, customer loyalty and acquisition.
  • Oversee the smooth running of multiple e-commerce projects for our large FMCG client;
    • Getting assets / products listed onto the e-commerce platform (photos / video / Headline & Title Copy / Keywords / )
    • Merchandising
    • Overseeing Promotions / Marketing / SEO
    • Logistic management and Customer Support
    • Reporting (sales / marketing performance / customer satisfaction)
  • Marketing and sales knowledge on Facebook Platform also necessary 
  • Take full ownership of build and delivery of the e-shop, working with the dev and UX teams are required. Experience of Shopify / WooCommerce integration necessary
  • Oversee the project costs, budgets and timing (and the successful delivery of each);
  • Create associated project documentation and presentations reporting back to internal and external clients;
  • Manage multiple stakeholders, including Account Management, internal SEO and writing team and the studio;
  • Ensure all asset creation is aligned with client’s brand guidelines and expectations;
  • Update project status and timelines on Monday.com and managing ongoing issues and client feedback;
  • Responsible for defining and building process where needed;
  • Ad hoc related tasks.
  • Good experience building and driving sales for an e-commerce platform
  • A results-driven individual with proven experience of working with cross-functional teams (in the successful delivery of e-commerce projects;
  • Experience in delivering projects from brief, through scoping to launch and evaluation.
  • Good experience of developing and managing the project, timelines, costings, scopes of work;
  • Familiar with a range of project management tools such as Monday.com;
  • Ability to influence and engage with a diverse range of stakeholders;
  • Strong client facing experience and confidence to present to key stakeholders;
  • Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail;
  • Hardworking and a strong initiative to pro-actively solve problems;
  • Able to deal with internal and external stakeholders at all levels;
  • Strong communication skills in English.
