The Role:
As Digital Senior Account Manager you will be an important member of the team, helping to manage client relationships and the successful delivery of their digital projects. You will need to demonstrate excellent account management skills and have a strong track record of managing digital projects from brief through to implementation, including experience of pitching to win new business.
You should also understand the practical implications of delivering digital communications through the multiple disciplines in which they specialise.
Main Responsibilities:
•     Managing, enhancing and developing the agency’s relationship with allocated clients
•     Managing projects from inception to delivery including creative briefs, budgets and schedules, and managing the internal teams (strategy, design and production) 
•     Acting as a central point of coordination, liaising with clients and third parties
(developers, photographers, creatives etc.) 
•     Working with the design team to inspire and challenge, ensuring the best creative results which are on brief and meet clients’ expectations
•     Being a point of contact for our client to discuss issues or concerns and problem solving to help them find a solution
•     Financial management of projects in terms of forecasts, budgets and billing schedules. Liaising with the Finance team to ensure accurate billing and profitable margins
•     Liaising with our design and production management to ensure effective allocation of resource to fulfill projects in the most effective and efficient way
•     Leading both the creative and the production/implementation stages of all projects
•     Helping to pitch for new business, being involved in selected pitch processes, presenting the account management aspect of our offer
•     Represent our client’s in meetings and presentations, articulating the objectives of the meeting, providing succinct and useful meeting notes and leading discussions related to the management of accounts.

  • Hands-on, with the ability to lead multiple stakeholders and internal team members
  • Manage large projects, including client negotiation and effective forecasting 
  • Flexible, organised, an eye for detail
  • Comfortable leading the team through production and implementation with a good understanding of process and timings.
  • Comfortable liaising with senior management and more junior clients
  • Experience leading digital projects from start to finish
