The Role:
They are looking for a PPC & Social Media Marketing Executive to be a part of the team and be responsible for the maintenance & evolution of all aspects of the company search engine marketing, with a focus on PPC AdWords and Facebook. The role offers plenty of scope for development once a successful candidate settles in and demonstrates good ability.
What you will do:
  • Execution of all PPC campaigns and paid media across all PPC & retargeting networks. While a good working knowledge is required within major SEM, the user must be exceptionally experienced with Google Adwords.
  • Ability to assess existing SEM campaigns and analyse business objectives to evolve campaigns.
  • Implement A/B testing & multivariate testing to continually improve ROI and performance.
  • Assess existing account data to provide insights & recommendations for campaign improvements.
  • Review, improve & design landing pages to enhance campaign performance in conjunction with web team.
  • Set-up strategies & campaigns that can optimise on specific company locations based on performance data.
  • Optimise on variances including device, gender, time of day/week to find the optimum combinations
  • Strong technical skills in configuring Adwords to third party tools including Google Analytics, Floodlights, DoubleClick, Response Tap & others.
  • Optimise all PPC activity including bid management, copy & benchmarking competition.
  • Strong analytical & reporting skills to showcase performance benchmarked over time. Use GA data to measure performance and suggest enhancements.
  • Create meaningful performance reports on all SEM & Social Media Marketing.
  • Ability to take on new & changing business goals to evolve PPC campaigns fluidly and create new campaigns as required.
  • Experience in digital businesses with multiple revenue streams. Management and hands on experience in the implementation of digital and web strategies – digital publishing and events desirable.
  • Experience driving online engagement
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
  • Experience of content management systems ( wordpress / drupal)  and third party system integration.
  • Good working knowledge of digital media and tech. Awareness of new trends and developments
  • Strong working knowledge of digital tools including web analytics, CMS platforms, wordress, drupal, DFP
  • Good drafting and editing skills for use across a range of digital media
  • Good people skills to interact with various groups within the organisation including marketing, web, patient services and various agencies.
  • Google Adwords certification
  • Experience with optimisation of Bing & Yahoo Gemini PPC
  • Experience with programmatic & content marketing (Taboola / Outbrain) a bonus
  • Keen to stay abrest of latest developments within the SEM/SMM world & exploit new opportunities.
  • Social Media Marketing via Facebook, using FB paid ads to maximise bookings and promote open evening events. Use additional social media channels including Twitter & LinkedIn for lead generation.
  • Use organic social media including Facebook & Twitter to publicize company & grow followers.
