The Organisation: 
Our client is an award-winning independent PR & digital communications agency based in central London. They aim to connect brands and businesses with their target audiences, generating media endorsement and audience engagement to deliver a real commercial advantage for their clients.
The Role:
 We are currently on the lookout for an experienced Social Media Manager who is In Charge or liaising with clients over their social media strategies, they will also be managing content executives in order to create engaging social media content for their clients and produce high engagement.
What you will do:
  • Managing the development and output of engaging social media content for clients across various channels
  • Strategic planning of social media campaigns and solutions based on client needs and objectives
  • Community management – responding to enquiries/messages across all channels
  • Coordinating with the PR team to assist with client or event-related social media activity
  • Devising and implementing paid campaigns
  • Devising measurement of client social media activity, setting KPIs and reporting analytics according to client needs
  • Implementing and managing influencer programmes
  • Leading the strategic planning and development of engaging content for the clients own social channels
What we’re looking for:
  • Minimum three years’ in-house or agency experience managing a portfolio of social media channels
  • Solid knowledge of audiences, best practice, engaging content and transactional profile of all social media channels
  • Examples of strategic solutions applied for client or agency briefs
  • Proven use of social measurement tools and content development
  • Results-driven and on-the-pulse
  • Above all: energy and enthusiasm for all things social and the ever-changing trends
