The Role:
They are looking for an experienced candidate to lead all Paid Social activity within the UK/EU branch. You will take the day-to-day leadership and management of the paid lifecycle team, working on high impacts campaigns to achieve local marketing strategic growth.

The responsibilities of the role:

  • Full accountability for the health, impact and efficiency of all Paid Social channels with a multi-million-pound budget.
  • Responsible for developing, selling and executing against a long term strategy for Paid Social. This includes (but is not limited to) collaborating with marketing technology teams, local and central marketing teams, engineering, data science, business intelligence and third parties to develop aligned plans and roadmaps.
  • Effective communication that builds trust and alignment across the business
  • Work with our internal studio (and 3rd parties as necessary) to develop content and creative for Paid Social channels
  • Deliver a programme of continuous channel optimisation and report on impact & efficiency gains achieved.
  • Evangelise customer centricity and the paid social channel, changing behaviours and ways of working such that our customers become the first and last thing people think about when planning paid social campaigns. 
  • Hiring & Interviewing
  • Conducting performance reviews
Experience and skills:

  • Experience running highly automated paid social at significant scale - ideally with minimal reliance on 3rd party tooling
  • Evidence of customer centric campaign design and execution
  • Strong data literacy and a highly commercial mindset
  • Management and leadership experience
  • Experience working closely with data and technology teams
