The objective is to evaluate whether their existing usage meets all their requirements and to propose new configurations or added modules that can better meet their needs. This role also involves identifying and delivering the required configurations, as well as working with Sales and Delivery teams to implement new modules to fulfil the client's unmet needs depending on the scenario.
The ideal candidate will work in close partnership across the company, with the following key responsibilities:
Conduct pre-sales discovery calls to understand prospective client needs.

Identify opportunities to standardise offerings per industry vertical, showcasing common use cases, features, reporting capabilities, and data sources.
Customise and adapt standard offerings to fit the unique context and requirements of individual clients while considering opportunities for cross-product standardisation when delivering demos and proof-of-concepts.
