We are working with a global private financial firm, who has been focused on delivering superior results for long-term investors using high-conviction portfolios, rigorous research and individual accountability.
Role:
Using the appropriate tools, and working alongside our managed services partner, you will help maintain and enhancethe websites across Europe and Asia. You will build and deliver campaign related digital capabilities such as landing pages and product pages. You will collaborate with internal groups to ensure Digital requirements are understood and correctly implemented.
Core Responsibilities:- You will support the evolution & maintenance of the International websites using AdobeExperience Manager
- Working with both the EU Digital team and our managed services partner to ensure thesitesevolveinaconsistent manner.
- Working closely with the Strategic Marketing and Sales teams, implementssignificant changes to the websites – including landing pages - to support activitiessuchas Marketing Campaigns&Fund Launches.
- HelpingbuildcountryspecificexperiencesusingAEMasrequired.
- Oversee ‘business as usual updates’ to the sites, for example ensuring monthly NAVand holding information is published and correct, ensuring content is accurate,relevantand timely.
- Where limitations in AEM are found, you will liaise with IT to articulate requirements thatrequire development resources and subsequently ensures those developments are fitforpurpose.
- Encourage a test and learn approach for our websites, using Adobe Target as needed
- Work closely with the EU & US Digital teams to ensure the EU & AsiaimplementationsofAEMarealignedtoCGstandardsandbestpractices.
- Proactively identify opportunities/ideas to engage website visitors and increaserepeatvisitornumbers.
- Supports & executes mass email & drip campaign functionality for Asia Marketing
- Using the appropriate tools (Exact Target (incl Journey Builder), Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce, AEM), manages the campaign specific email and marketing automation requirements.
- Works closely with the EU & US Digital teams to ensure the EU & Asia implementations of mass email and marketing automation tools are aligned to CG standards and best practises.
- Works with the Asia Country Marketing Managers to understand their mass email requirements.
- Provides oversight of the scheduled mass email activity executed by our managed services provider. Ensures that agreed to email schedules are met and emails are accurate and timely.
Requirements:
You will have the following technicalskills:- Expert knowledge Adobe Experience Manager, particularly authoring multi-language sites using blueprint capabilities
- Experience of applyingfront-endwebdevelopmentlanguages(HTML,Jquery,Javascript) an advantage
- knowledge in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Journey Builder and Exact Target
- Experience in coding html emails, understanding the best practices to support multiple clients and browsers, responsive design and best practices
- SFDC & SFMC knowledge anadvantage
- MSOffice
