The Company
The Digital Recruitment Company is working with a luxury yacht firm who is focused on the sale, purchase and charter of yachts of all sizes. They were established due to the growing demand in the industry for a company with a simplified approach and less cumbersome corporate methodology. Strong personal relationships are at the heart of their daily business.

The Role
Our client is looking for a passionate marketer to lead on the marketing strategy and work across marketing platforms with a strong understanding of SEO. You will be hands on in delivering campaigns and content whilst also managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. You will also manage all SEM campaigns on Googlein order to maximise ROI.

Responsibilities
  • Management of digital campaigns that increase awareness and generate sales leads
  • Identifying and capitalising on content gaps for the website
  • Conceptualise and deliver Email Campaigns to generate new customer opportunities
  • Tracking and reporting on marketing performance, while optimising channels for ongoing improvement
  • Optimizing copy and landing pages for search engine optimization
  • Performing ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities
  • Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success
  • Research, track, and analyze consumer behaviors and trends and implement research into digital marketing campaigns
  • Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
  • Manage campaign expenses, staying on budget, estimating monthly costs and reconciling discrepancies.
  • Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations
  • Research and analyse competitor advertising links
  • Develop and implement link building strategy
  • Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.

Skills & Experience:
  • Proven SEO and SEM experience managing PPC campaigns across Google
  • Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
  • A functional understanding of Wordpress, HTML and CSS
  • The ability to work with back-end SEO elements such as .htaccess, robots.txt, metadata, site speed optimisation
  • Proven success in link building and viral strategies
  • A solid grasp of how blogging, press releases, social media, and related strategies go hand-in-hand with SEO
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
  • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
  • BS/MS degree in a quantitative, test-driven field.
  • Experience in building inbound organic search traffic and improving SERPs
  • A background in creating reports showing web analytics data and site evaluations
  • Analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data
  • Knowledge/experience in yachting is a BONUS!
