The Role
You will be the Global Brand Project Director to deliver the roll out of the clients new brand strategy. Working closely with multiple divisions and regions you will lead, engage and motivate project teams, internal stakeholders and third parties.
You will be an expert in your specialist area – in this case brand, with experience spanning brand strategy to brand roll-outs and implementations. You will be a ‘go to’ person for brand, lending your experience and expertise to more junior and less experienced colleagues.
As a Global Brand Project Director you will hold responsibility for the full brand roll out management, while simultaneously planning, structuring, leading and executing delivery programmes. PD’s oversee and take responsibility for portfolio financials, while lending delivery expertise across accounts.
You are real self-starters with lots of energy and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage projects /programmes and teams, they ensure delivery processes are followed so that projects are delivered to the very best standards, on-time and to budget.
Responsibilities- Brand delivery experience in an corporate professional environment
- Proven experience in setting up and running large programmes of work from initiation (£4mill+) including programme and project plans
- Experienced in defining large account and project governance frameworks
- Confident with senior stakeholder engagements
- Experience with different delivery methods and a range of programme and project types
- Strong budget management experience; proven ability to deliver programmes and projects to time, scope and budget
- Ability to handle running multiple accounts / projects / programmes in parallel with conflicting deadlines
- Experience in improving the delivery process or helping roll out new Delivery processes
- Working with and managing third party suppliers
- Experience in driving pitch responses and presenting in pitches
- Understands the implications of different choices and is able to guide clients through the brand process
- Provides leadership and guidance in all aspects of the project life-cycle
- Reviews high-level deliverables alongside project Managers across the assigned portfolio/accounts
- Ensures quality assurance procedures take place for all practice engagements within the portfolio/accounts
- Own and set-up account governance and ways of working for new programmes / accounts
- Lead the scoping and planning of large projects/programmes e.g. statements of work, project plans, project estimation, tracking and updating
- Identify, manage and monitor project risks and issues within your portfolio/accounts
- Ensure process is adhered to across your team, accounts and programmes
Financial Management- Work closely with your Client Service counterpart and your team to ensure you maximise profitability at a project and account level
- Account / portfolio level financial reporting; Consolidation and analysis of profitability, revenue, bill rates, utilisation
- Help create forecasted pipeline that helps provide a clear financial picture
- Manage the negotiation of project estimates / budgets
Internal Operations- Review your portfolio/accounts project status reports, addressing issues as appropriate
- Produce reporting that feeds into the commercial board
- Support in defining and rolling out departmental process
- Help enforces standard delivery procedures and policies
