With 20% of revenue in the US, they are poised for full international expansion with coverage in 75 countries, including 500+customers and 120+ employees in Reigate, Manchester and London in the UK, Baltimore and San Francisco in the US.The business works with a range of clients and partners across many verticals, and they are keen to grow on all fronts including both the Enterprise and mid-market, with a focus on creating, building, and nurturing strong relationships with digital marketing agencies and other technology partners, such as Google and Facebook.The Role: They are looking for an experienced Marketing Automation Manager with a keen eye and enthusiasm for all things digital marketing, who can make an immediate impact in the team. In this role, you will combine your current knowledge of email marketing skills and standard methodologies to support the prospect marketing programs, along with outbound marketing experience to manage the creation of prospecting email sequences to be used by the sales organization.You will execute and scale email campaigns that connect to their prospects at different stages of the customer journey and drive engagement and most importantly conversion. This role is responsible for owning the HubSpot Marketing Automation platform, marketing dashboards in Salesforce, marketing campaign processes, campaign forecasting and analysis to continually optimise marketing campaign performance [lead gen, conversion rates, CAC and ROI].Key Responsibilities•Responsible for lead gen forecasting, marketing planning processes, pipeline analysis, conversion metrics & optimising quarterly demand plans across the marketing and sales funnel to support commercial objectives.•Design, build, test and refine our marketing led email nurture and outbound sales campaigns, that combine to drive leads and MQL’s.•Build/modify HTML templates for email campaigns working in collaboration with the content and creation team.•Track, report and make recommendations on all activities, using data to continually optimise campaign performance (lead gen, conversion rates, CAC and ROI), focusing on buyer personas.•Manage the email calendar and cadence to ensure the best CX is delivered to clients and prospects.•Manage and champion the MarTech platforms: HubSpot CMS, HubSpot CRM and Marketing Automation tools•Develop and operationalize marketing strategy to include sales coverage models and market penetration to identify commercial opportunities.•Be agile and address the ongoing demand for opportunistic and ad hoc marketing needs of the sales team in response to health of the pipeline•Maintain data integrity/compliance regulation reports•Manage importing new data in their CRM•Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine processes to convert leads into customers.•Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of email sends.•Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and campaigns for continuous learning and optimisation.Personal qualities and skills•3 years+ experience in Email Marketing, preferably with a fast-growing SaaS enterprise software company•Exhibits sound business judgment, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of taking ownership, leading data-driven analysis, and influencing results•Well organised and display the ability to structure and prioritise work•Have a relentless drive and desire to achieve impact and drive results•Dynamic problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in an ever-changing environment •Curious about people, love to speak, build and nurture internal relationships•Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross functionally•Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Sales Navigator and HubSpotWhy apply In return, you will be given the opportunity to work with an innovative fast paced company who offer first class support, encouragement, and as well as the tools to enable you to build a successful career.Benefits •25 days holiday•Finish early on Friday - 1pm •Private family healthcare•Auto Enrolment pension savings•Life Assurance x4 salary•Ride2Work Scheme•Breakfast club•Flexible working•On going training development•Excellent long term career potential The Digital Recruitment Company is an Employment Business for interim, contract and temporary recruitment and acts as an Employment Agency in relation to permanent vacancies.To apply for this role please contact us at:Mags Rendle 0203 640 2133 mags@digitalrecruitmentcompany.comwww.digitalrecruitmentcompany.com
