The Role:
The focus of the Paid and Social Media Consultant is twofold: to manage regional media campaigns for the US, UK and Europe. And to implement engaging campaigns across our client’s social media channels. In terms of paid media, you will be responsible and in full control regional media campaigns, managing the Paid media agency, from brief to performance tracking and optimization. For social media, you will work with an agency partner to grow our client’s presence and engagement across all the global social media platforms. You will work closely with content creators, the Strategy and Implementation teams, as well as the regional Marcom teams.
Your Responsibilities:- Managing paid media quarterly campaigns for the US region, UK and Europe, working with a dedicated Paid Media agency and in full coordination with Regional Marketing managers in the regions.
- Coordinate status reviews with media agency, central and regional stakeholders to identify areas of improvement or best practices that can be shared
- Facilitate the approval and payment process to ensure that media campaigns are implemented on time
- Collate and report on the impact of media campaigns, assess return on investment & identify areas for improvement, ensuring that corrective actions are developed and implemented
- Coordinate with other regions (APAC, China) to follow their paid media plans and performance, get from them best practices and support them in generating higher performance
- Coordinate with social media agency to develop monthly social media calendar in conjunction with the rest of the Implementation team, Brand Communication and Regional Marketing teams
- Work with Social Media agency to develop creative social media campaigns that drive engagement to meet the company’s sales & marketing objectives.
- Ensure that regional social media accounts are functioning optimally and that the regional teams have timely access to the latest global plans
- Facilitate the necessary approvals for social media plans
- Establish excellent relationships that facilitate collaboration with internal stakeholders including; Brand Communication, Design, Product and regional Marcom teams to maintain alignment across projects
- Skills & Experience:
- Proven project management and cross functional influencing skills
- Track record in developing engaging communication strategies, deployment, tracking and taking corrective action
- Experience in developing and deploying digital campaigns
- Experience in coordinating activities with third party suppliers on specific projects
- Skilled at collating and reporting results to drive discussion and decision making
- Working knowledge of marketing best practices within the luxury and/or retail sales sector
- Demonstrable ability to prioritise tasks and have effective time management, communication and analytical skills
- Capable of working as a part of a small team and to work cross functionally to deliver goals
- Working knowledge of MS Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Lead Management
- Working knowledge of paid media platforms as Meta business manager, the Google ads suite (DV360, SA360…)
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, Social Studio and Domo would be beneficial
