Job Type Permanent
Salary: Generous plus discretionary bonus and package
Location: London (3 days min pw) / WFH (up to 2 days pw)

The Company

The Role
As the Marketing Manager (Performance & Automation), you will take the lead in developing successful, long-term digital and direct marketing acquisition strategies for the company. You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
- Constantly optimising digital marketing strategy to drive engagement at every step of the funnel, across channels and contributing to business growth, including: SEO/SEM, leveraging first party data, marketing automation, social media and display advertising campaigns.
- Working with the marketing team on strategic planning and the integrations of communications channels with our CRM(Folio Metrics) or other platforms required to build out a great end-to-end customer experience along the full customer lifecycle.
- Measuring and reporting on performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assessing these against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identifying trends and insights and staying up to date with digital technology developments, testing and learning new approaches and optimising spend and performance based on the insights
- Managing prospecting plan and acting proactively to increase our brand awareness & market segment
- Liaising with the sales, investment and compliance teams to increase client satisfaction through cohesive strategies
- Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies and campaign tactics
CRM Responsibilities include:- Championing and identifying opportunities to add value to the business
- Segmenting data to support insights into marketing campaigns
- Providing quality campaign data
Website/CMS Responsibilities- Oversight of the website, working closely with our outsourced agency
- Updating basic functionality within the CMS (Drupal) – text, documents etc
- Integrating and tracking digital campaigns
- Improving the customer journey based on data/analytics
Key Performance Indicators
- Achieve targets for new business:
- Digital and direct marketing leads, conversion rates and revenue generated
- ROI (cost per lead, cost per deal) and team budget allocation
- Delivery of operations respecting time, budget, and quality constraints
- Use & engagement levels of the CRM system
- Data quality
- Innovative technologies brought into the business
- Quality of content
Complexity requires
- Ability to understand, engage with and manage multi-faceted teams at a high level to ensure delivery of growth objectives.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in PPC-advertising
- Preference experience in asset management
- Creation, execution and management of paid campaigns
- Experience with marketing automation technology
- LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google and Bing advertising experience
- Experience in A/B testing and optimisation of campaigns and landing pages
- Experience in reporting and analysis of campaign performance
- Understanding of landing page UX design to drive conversions
- Prior experience managing digital advertising budget
- Experience in SEO and copywriting
- Proven success working on multi-stakeholder projects to completion
- Self-starter, motivated to learn and comfortable with identifying and executing on new areas of opportunity
- Experience juggling multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
