Salary: up to £50,000 base salary + package
Location: London/ WFH 2-3 days a week
The Organisation/Role:
Our client is a niche firm specialising in the more complex aspects of personal injury and human rights law. Committed to achieving access to justice for all including full, fair compensation by providing first-rate legal advice.They are seeking to hire a Digital Marketing Specialist to focus primarily on servicing the marketing requirements of the Employment department.
Role:
Managing, analysing, and reporting on data and ensuring the smooth running of CRM system and communication with the firm’s practice management system.
Main duties and responsibilities
- Responsible for the CRM system HubSpot within the firm
- Working with compliance to ensure adherence to the firm’s GDPR policy in relation to marketing
- Manage manual transfer of data where necessary with other internal systems
- Assist with implementation of digital marketing campaigns across different channels
- Provide regular client and behavioural analysis and reporting and use results to inform future decisions
- Develop HubSpot CRM best practices and new ways of working
- Work with wider marketing teams to develop client & new client enquiry contact initiatives and implement a consistent communications experience
Other Responsibilities:
- Assist with integration of HubSpot CRM system with other platforms
- To maintain a flexible approach whilst assisting in implementing the marketing mix.
- Any other tasks that might from time to time be required.
- Host HubSpot Training for internal teams
Skills & Experience:
Essential:- Experience and expertise with HubSpot CRM system
- A minimum of 3 years-experience in CRM Marketing
- Genuine interest to work with a leading claimant law firm and passionate about providing access to justice to all.
- Knowledge of the current regulation in regard to GDPR and other data regulation
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis
- Experience in set-up and development of CRM programs and campaigns
- Proficiency in marketing automation systems (like HubSpot) and integrating those systems with other technologies.
- Proven ability to communicate accurately, clearly, and concisely, in writing and verbally.
- Demonstrable experience of working within a busy environment and independently managing projects on tight deadlines.
- Demonstrable experience in building strong working relationships with both senior stakeholders and team members.
- Proven ability in demonstrating patience, resilience and flexibility whilst managing daily tasks and stake holder relationships.
- Intermediate level proficiency in working with MS Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, Outlook), HTML & CMS platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about customer experience
- Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
Desirable:
- Educated to Degree Level
- Relevant experience of working in a legal sector within a partnership environment.
