They help private equity firms, portfolio companies and independent brands uncover opportunity & manage risk at all touchpoints across the investment lifecycle. Through high volume observational data insights and strategy, they help their clients make informed investment decisions, understand opportunities and risks, forecast growth and hit tough KPIs. Bringing data together using their technology platform they add sector experience and thought leadership to deliver reporting, strategy and consultation within Private Equity across all sectors.
The Role:
Reporting to the Data Analyst, you will be part of a small team and deliver commercial and digital analytics, web efficiencies reporting and myriad digital data to facilitate auditing across a number of sectors ranging from health to education, consumer to pharma
Main Responsibilities:
- Supporting the team delivery of digital and web-based data analytics, client report delivery, data for strategic analysis and some commercial future modeling based on web-based analytics data.
- work with other data analysts and deliver in a timely manner.
- using your technical expertise, you will extrapolate data from out data monitoring tools and model them as directed by our analyst

- Gather, interpret and analyse data sets from a variety of marketing and social tools, in order to deliver excellent reports to answer specific client questions.
Experience & Qualifications:- A strong business acumen with a desire to succeed in a challenging environment.
- Demonstrable experience of an Ecommerce, marketing or analytics background
Skills:
- Data extraction: Looking at the question and extracting data from a number of sources to deliver on the question.
- Data validation: looking at the data and filtering for errors, irrelevancies, applying sentiment or identifying trends
- Data analysis: Identify trends and meaning in the data in order to answer the brief as outlined by the client.
- Ability to work with google analytics, adwords and social media monitoring is essential
- Working knowledge of crimson hexagon, Nuvi, Spyfu and Similarweb preferred.
- An understanding of the way in which technology is changing in the industry specifically and the commercial world generally
- An understanding of all online and offline marketing distribution channels in order to apply to analysis.
- Excel, Word, PPT essential
- A sound working knowledge of web marketing channels, including social media
