The Role:
Our client is seeking an experienced, ambitious and hard-working Enterprise Marketing Manager to join their team in London. You’ll work with the CMO and Global Head of Enterprise Sales to develop a marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, conversion and retention. You’ll work with colleagues in marketing and sales, as well as external agencies, to execute multi-channel account-based marketing campaigns. You’ll build a team of marketing executives as the marketing function grows. You’ll play a central role in developing a world-class global B2B technology marketing team.
What you’ll do:
- Developing and implementing a marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement and conversion for enterprise accounts
- Planning and executing multi-channel account-based marketing campaigns
- Working with the digital marketing team to align email activity (in Pardot) and paid digital activity (social, programmatic display, search, content syndication) with enterprise marketing campaigns
- Working with a Content Manager to create marketing content across a range of formats to support campaigns, including web, video and print
- Managing marketing events including trade shows, webinars and networking events
- Developing and managing agency relationships
- Reporting on campaign performance
- Working with the product team on new launches
- Working with the Global Head of Enterprise Sales to align sales and marketing activity and provide support as required
Experience:- 5+ years in a high-performing B2B marketing environment (preferably SaaS / software related)
- Leading successful marketing campaigns from concept generation to execution
- Experience with account-based marketing and associated tools
- Broad understanding of the evolving MarTech landscape and how to use data to drive B2B marketing performance and efficiency
- Experience managing junior team members and agencies
- Confident working with senior stakeholders
- Outstanding communicator and creative thinker
