The Organisation/Role:
We are working with a company who deliver long-term, sustainable growth for brands by bringing together all marketing activity into one connected ecosystem. They are a full-service media agency offering brands the service, transparency, agility and breakthrough thinking of an independent agency, yet with the full specialist capabilities and global scale of a network agency
Role:
Working across some of their prestigious international clients such as ASICS, Travis Perkins, to name a few, as their PPC Account Manager you will have the day-to-day responsibility for the planning and delivery of innovative, effective paid search campaigns.
Working with an Account Executive, you will be the frontline port-of-call for the client for PPC. You will drive innovation, manage performance as well as client expectations across different verticals, markets and different budget levels.
You will ideally have over 2 years’ hands-on experience in development, management, and optimisation of Paid Search strategies within Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. Understanding of the fundamentals of tracking and AdOps. Some previous experience in managing/mentoring an Executive or Assistant, and an omnichannel outlook, with a good understanding of the media owner landscape including programmatic and social platforms.
Core Responsibilities:- Oversee effective management of campaigns, aiming for agency revenue growth
- Input into client planning, including ensuring roadmaps and plans are kept up to date and tasks are delivered
- Forecast of on-going and future campaigns, supporting new account initiatives
- Agree and deliver the performance, return on investment and other KPIs as per client briefs
- Deliver in-depth analysis to understand performance beyond top line metrics and driving innovation, ideas and strategic guidance across the team
- Production of monthly/quarterly review presentations, highlighting key insights into performance
- Support with new business pitches; be it undertaking audits, building charts or GA reports
- Build an understanding of other digital channels, particularly the mechanics of those key to your clients beyond your core specialism
- Work with yourr peers to input on the broader running of the team, processes, staff appraisals, training and anything else you can think of that will positively contribute to ensuring a happy, effective team
Experience with the following is essential to be considered for this role- Google Shopping
- Google Analytics
- Excel
- Search Ads 360 (or similar search management platform)
- Prisma (or similar media buying platform) to an expert level
- Highly technical knowledge of PPC and associated technology/suppliers (smart bidding, attribution, competitive monitoring tools such as Adthena, other tech)
Required Skills- Excellent numeracy skills
- Able to provide accurate, detail-driven reporting
- Experience in an agency environment
- Ecommerce experience
- Understanding of attribution and the relationships across different channels
- A demonstrable track record of building profitable Paid Search campaigns, ideally working to a set CPA, revenue or ROI targets
- Confidence in liaising directly with clients and leading on accounts
- The ability to multi-task and oversee the successful management of numerous accounts simultaneously in a timely manner
- Have a proactive, solution focused and ambitious approach - willing to go the extra mile
