The Company
Established in 2015, this fast-growing outdoor lifestyle brand is redefining how people experience adventure. With a focus on innovation, simplicity, and accessibility, they empower individuals and families to embrace the freedom of the outdoors. The team is passionate, collaborative, and driven by a shared love of exploration—fostering a culture that values creativity, customer connection, and continuous improvement.
The Opportunity
Are you a strategic communicator with a passion for storytelling, brand voice, and audience engagement? This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of a brand’s communications strategy—driving awareness, engagement, and growth across every channel and audience.
You’ll be the guardian of messaging from awareness to advocacy, ensuring clarity, consistency, and impact at every stage of the customer journey. From paid media to internal updates, you’ll orchestrate communications that resonate deeply and deliver results.
This is a senior leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands audience segmentation, and knows how to craft messages that move people—and the business—forward.
Job Summary
As Head of Communications, you’ll lead the development and execution of a unified communications strategy across paid, earned, owned, and internal channels. You’ll work closely with marketing, content, and leadership teams to ensure the brand speaks with one clear, compelling voice—whether through advertising, social media, PR, email, or internal comms.
