Business Central Functional Specialist
Job Type: Permanent
Reporting to: ERP Delivery & IT Infrastructure Manager
Location: South Devon – Hybrid/Flexible
Salary: £75,000 - £80,000

The Company
TDRC are delighted to be working with a well- established and growing digital print business with a Head Office in South Devon. They have a wide portfolio of printed products for large household-name clients including Snapfish, Funky Pigeon, Boots, Tesco, Jessops, and Asda, delivering these products directly to the consumer.

The Role
As they have grown the increased need for business process automation and simplification across the groups has never been so required. This new role will be full time, permanent as part of growing their ERP function that enables more rapid project delivery and drive to deliver successful outcomes with their ERP system.
They have a 3-year plan that takes in upgrades to the current version of Business Central, significant embedding of existing modules and implementing specific modules like Tasklet Factory to improve their stock management process. This role will be pivotal in enabling this.
Key responsibilities & tasks
Collaborate with key system users to gather and understand their business requirements and processes. Design and configure customized solutions using Business Central to meet business needs.
Work with key stakeholders to recommend process improvements and best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Support the implementation of Business Central, including system setup, data migration, and user training.
Working alongside the Business Central Developer design and implement customizations, extensions, and integrations with other systems using the appropriate development tools and methodologies.
Provide expertise in Business Central functionality across various modules, including financial management, supply chain management, manufacturing, and sales.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed project documentation, including requirements, design specifications, test plans, and user manuals.
Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users and administrators to ensure they can effectively use and maintain the Business Central system.
Provide ongoing support to system users, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements or updates as needed.
Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central releases, updates, and best practices to ensure clients are utilizing the system to its full potential.

Key Skills and Experience
Proven experience as a Business Central Consultant or similar role, with a track record of successful implementations (E)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central functionality and customization tools (E)
Proficiency in business process analysis and solution design (E)
Experience delivering Manufacturing and warehouse module implementation (E)
Experience in preparing functional design documentation (E)
Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with various le.
Experience with related technologies, such as Power Platform and SQL Server (D)
Business awareness of a manufacturing environment (D)
Experience working with Business Central across the globe (USA & AU) (D)
Fluency of the English language (E)
