- As a focal point for ‘Anatomy’, you’ll handle taking users and stakeholders on a journey so that the story of the design system is strong and understood.
- You’ll onboard new users and supply training to help new adopters understand how they can use the design system and contribute to the community.
- Develop Quantitative behavioural metrics focus on how users interact with the design system.
- Develop Qualitative attitudinal metrics focus on how users feel about the design system, based mainly on user feedback.
- Document and share your research and insight to provide rationale for the teams’ design system decisions.
- You will lead playbacks, design crits and other community of practice sessions to showcase the squad’s work, enable constructive feedback and elevate the quality of the squad’s craft.
- Help the team build out a rounded view of design systems to encompass more than just the components (documentation, tooling, governance, contribution, community, outcomes & metrics).
- Advocate the adoption of the Design System across platforms and teams building a community of contribution and understanding.
