We are looking for a for a talented Social Media Manager to represent the brand and build awareness by forming a strong social media presence through all platforms for a prestigious multi-asset private equity firm. Based in Dubai and owned by British nationals who have a diversified portfolio of investments.

The Role:
We are looking for a talented Social Media Manager to represent our brand and build awareness by forming a strong social media presence through all platforms. You will be required to liaise with our in-house Digital Marketing Manager to run advertising campaigns and drive engagement by creating high-quality creative content. Across all social media pages, you will engage influencers, manage our audience and all notifications including direct messages. A broad experience across media management, digital marketing and analytics will be of significant benefit for the most suitable candidate, in the ability to perform this demanding role to the required standard.
Responsibilities:- Liaising with the Digital Marketing team to execute effective social media advertising campaigns
- Producing creative and high-quality written/visual content for all social media platforms
- Building and maintaining engagement on social media pages
- Driving brand awareness by engaging relevant influencers
- Managing all aspects of all social media accounts; content, analytics, campaigns, notifications, direct messages etc
- Keeping up to date on social media trends
- Analysing data to report back to management, concluding whether social media campaigns have achieved their objectives
- Brief Media Productions Manager on required video & photo content
- Develop marketing campaigns for events and launches
- Managing digital tools to reach our target markets and further grow brand awareness
Requirements:- A minimum of 2 years in social media marketing experience
- Bachelor’s degree in either Marketing, English, Communications, or related field
- Experience developing social media strategies
- Experience working with and developing a marketing plan
- Ability to develop the right voice for each social media platform
- Proven ability to build social media communities
- Understanding of graphic design principles
- Experience as a Brand Manager on social media
- Ability to measure the success of campaigns
- Exceptional writing, research, and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and analytics
- Strong understanding of the target audience and industry trends
- Creativity and adaptability
- Must be presentable and smart
- Adopt the company culture
- Highly motivated
- Positive, results-driven attitude with a ‘can do’ approach
- A team player and demonstratable proof of this
