We are looking for a talented in-house Marketing Executive to develop and execute effective marketing strategies for a prestigious multi-asset private equity firm. Based in Dubai and owned by British nationals who have a diversified portfolio of investments.

The Role:
You will be required to proof all written work thoroughly to help grow the brand’s influence while also increasing brand loyalty and awareness. Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks.
You will work closely with our PR, SEO & Media Production Teams to manage events and content creation. A broad experience across multiple marketing forms and industries will significantly benefit the most suitable candidate, in the ability to perform this demanding role to the required standard.
Responsibilities:- Generating, researching, and pitching ideas for written material
- Writing, editing & proofing digital content such as news updates, press releases and website text
- Monitoring responses to posts via the website, social media, print media, or other platforms to better understand the audience
- Attract new readers or create stronger, more engaging content
- Construct and execute marketing campaigns using innovative ideas, fitting the brand guidelines
- Regular overview of all our brands marketing material and collateral
- Develop and execute digital marketing activations and strategies
- Brief Media Productions Manager on required video & photo content
- Develop marketing campaigns for events and launches
- Working with and managing external and third-party agencies
- Ensuring that all third-party agency deliverables are met in a timely fashion
- Ability to write very well is imperative
- Strong organisational skills
- To have strong user knowledge and ability in social media, social media advertising, SEO and digital marketing
- Content creating
- Social media community management
- Maintaining and ensuring continuous growth of all social media accounts
- Providing monthly reports and working with the wider marketing and content creation team
- Social media analytics
- Complete all branding requirements for new and existing projects
- Activation planning and execution
- Develop influencer marketing campaigns
- Email and SMS marketing
- Other responsibilities within marketing as required
- Expert in lead generation methods
- Experience in event management
- Producing marketing decks
- Developing launch campaigns for new products, services, businesses
Requirements:
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing role
• Bachelor’s degree in either Marketing, English, Communications, or related field
• Exceptional writing and communication skills
• Proficiency with computers and strong working knowledge of MS Office
• Agency management
• Strong understanding of the target audience and industry trends
• Creativity and adaptability
• Must be presentable and smart
• Adopt the company culture
• Highly motivated
• Positive, results-driven attitude with a ‘can do’ approach
• A team player and demonstratable proof of this
• A desire to progress your career with the firm
• Determined & hard working
