Role
A strong and experienced Digital Marketing Manager is required to work as part of the digital marketing team to assist with delivering our digital transformation programme and support the ongoing needs of the Global Advisors’ sites. You will play a key role in identifying and leading enhancements on the Global Advisors sites, and craft the optimum client experience.
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for assisting in the development of the digital user experience, delivering creative digital marketing solutions and leading website capabilities. You will project manage digital marketing campaigns, website enhancements and be accountable for BAU web activity, analytical insights and search engine optimisation.
Metrics will be key to measuring success in terms of engagement, leads and performance. You thrive in a hands-on environment, possesses strong execution skills and attention to detail, and will be able to handle multiple projects and deadlines at once.

The responsibilities of the role:
The successful candidate will support the digital strategy by championing digital innovation within the Institutional channel, with expertise in how, where and when content is consumed to engage different client segments and improve campaign effectiveness.
You will support strategic marketing campaigns and optimise user experience by designing, implementing and measuring digital campaigns including the user journey and landing pages for specific targeted personas.
  • Content editing and publishing of web content via Adobe Experience Manager
  • Manage site disclosures at a regional level with global consistency
  • Maintain site quality by managing expiring content and other digital properties
  • Work with business partners to identify and support improvements across digital platforms
  • Identify and integrate user needs with business requirements to build simple and elegant design solutions
  • Drive projects from initiation to completion, including analyzing business and user requirements and working with cross-functional teams
  • Work closely with digital design partners
  • Present page design solutions to partners and senior leadership within the organization
  • Provide insights and hypothesis about site utilization through analytics
  • Manage the business and compliance review process
  • Establish and maintain publishing documentation
  • Consistently review competitor sites
  • Collaborate closely with other digital team members
  •  
Skills & Experience
  • 3 - 5 years of experience within Asset Management, preferably within an Institutional business
  • A passion for all things digital, including understanding of digital trends and tracking
  • Website development and management, data display, content creation, publishing
  • Strong organizational, communication and project management skills
  • Capability to work across markets, languages, cultures and time zones as part of a multicultural, global team
  • Innovative spirit and committed to improving processes and BAU
  • Proactive and self-motivated
  • Quality and detail oriented
  • Experience with content strategies
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager is a bonus
  • Degree in Marketing  desirable
