The Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Digital Channel Activation Specialist to join a high-performing European marketing team. This is a hands-on role focused on activating and optimising paid media campaigns across programmatic, PPC, social, and online video channels.
Reporting into the Director of Digital Marketing, the successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-impact messages to targeted audiences, driving measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in digital platforms, a data-informed mindset, and a passion for experimentation and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Activation & Execution
- Activate campaign plans across digital channels, ensuring seamless execution across paid platforms and formats.
- Operate and optimise campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Video, Retargeting), DV360, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and Reddit Ads.
- Develop and activate both always-on and bespoke paid media initiatives aligned with strategic goals and audience needs.
Audience Segmentation & Targeting
- Create and refine targeted audience segments to improve campaign efficiency and conversion rates.
- Leverage advanced targeting strategies to identify and engage high-value audience segments across multiple regions and languages.
Performance Optimisation
- Drive a structured test-and-learn approach, experimenting with creative, messaging, and targeting strategies.
- Achieve and exceed digital KPIs including CTR, CPA, ROAS, and conversions through ongoing optimisation and best practice application.
Reporting & Stakeholder Enablement
- Deliver clear, actionable performance insights with a focus on transparency and impact.
- Educate internal teams on paid media results and opportunities for growth.
- Confidently implement tracking pixels and campaign tagging to ensure accurate measurement.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience managing paid digital campaigns in-house or within an agency.
- Strong hands-on expertise across programmatic, social media, and Google platforms.
- Proficient in Google DV360 and Google Ads (PPC and Display).
- Experience with LinkedIn, Meta, and Reddit Ads.
- Skilled in Google Analytics and campaign tracking implementation.
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Adaptable and agile in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Experience marketing to both B2B and B2C audiences is beneficial, ideally within Financial Services or related industries.
