The Role & Responsibilities
As the Manager, Email Marketing & Salesforce Marketing Cloud you will have the opportunity to:- Lead, devise and manage the marketing automation strategy to deliver on business goals
- Oversee creation and maintenance of audience segments to enable highly personalized email campaigns.
- Coordinate email nurturing activities across the customer lifecycle to drive conversions
- Work with Data Manager to protect, grow and maintain clean data within the marketing database through application of best practices and governance
- Work cross functionally to prioritize marketing communications and ensure Salesforce meets business objectives
- Ensure email campaigns adhere to industry standards and ensure data privacy and compliance
- Track key campaign metrics and report their impact on business performance
- Support lead scoring and routing to enhance efficiency and drive customer insights
- Manage end-to-end email campaigns
- Experiment and run A/B or multivariate tests to optimize campaign performance
- Conduct research and develop reporting using primary data sources and select information needed for the analysis of key themes and trends.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5 years + of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience of creating and executing lead nurture and activation campaigns, setting Salesforce strategy
- Understanding of lead generation, design tools, content management systems (CMS), and Google analytics
- Debugging skills to identify deliverability issues and correct them
- Highly quantitative, analytical, and a technical self-starter with the ability to create and interpret business projections and financial forecasts.
- Global cultural orientation and working experience, with the proven ability to manage distributed and matrix teams.
- Ability to develop and action new ideas quickly through influence and collaboration. Entrepreneurial spirit a plus.
- Very high level of organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility in competently juggling competing priorities and changing expectations
- Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, listening, and presentation
- Fluency in English required, knowledge of additional languages would be useful.
