Job Type: Permanent
Salary: up to £65,000 plus strong package
Location: London 2 days – WFH 3 days a week – flexible in summer

Digital Recruitment Company is currently working with a rapidly growing tech scale-up whose goal is to help people work better. Their software dramatically improves the functionality of Microsoft Office for finance professionals and is used by firms like KPMG, HSBC, Deloitte, and BNP Paribas to create outstanding reports and presentations more efficiently.
The Role:
Our client are looking for an outstanding revenue-driven marketer to further develop their global demand generation strategy. This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing, profitable and self-funded scale-up, collaborate with marketing colleagues across the globe and have a big impact on their growth over the coming years. As a key member of their Central Marketing team, you will work closely with the Head of Marketing, colleagues in Content and Design, as well as those in Local Marketing, Sales and Product, to launch highly successful campaigns which drive brand awareness, lead generation – and ultimately revenue – whilst ensuring maximum ROI.
Main Responsibilities include:
- Review and update their current approach to demand generation, identifying high priority campaigns and quick wins
- Devise and execute demand generation campaigns, with a focus on their core channels of SEO and PPC
- Implement a systematic, multi-channel retargeting programme
- Test and assess new channels such as YouTube, Instagram and comparison site PPC
- Review and refresh their current approach to email marketing, in particular nurturing
- Ensure results can be tracked effectively in their CRM, Salesforce
- Manage stakeholders like Sales and Sales ops to ensure campaign effectiveness and gather insights on campaign success
- Mentor Local Marketing leads to help them boost demand gen in their regions
- Work closely with our Content team to ensure a successful SEO strategy, taking ownership for technical elements
- Manage the annual demand gen budget and report on ROI
- Conduct regular A/B tests and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions
- Manage budget and forecasting
- Audit our demand gen tech stack
The role will ideally be based in our Central London office with attendance at the office expected on two agreed days, remote otherwise. If successful in the role, there is potential to build a team and become a manager within a year.
Skills and attributes
You’ll need to have:- Native-level English skills
- At least 5 years’ experience of B2B experience managing demand gen campaigns (PPC especially)
- At least 3 of these years in a SaaS experience
- Understanding of complex B2B buying journeys and how to optimize these
- A consistent track record of delivering successful campaigns which drive revenue
- Excellent knowledge and experience of PPC campaign strategy, specifically Google AdWords and Display ads, and LinkedIn PPC
- Knowledge and strong experience of implementing tracking mechanisms and strategies
- Strong analytical mindset and skills, with natural inquisitiveness
- Senior stance able to effectively lead projects from the front
- Impeccable attention to detail
- An entrepreneurial attitude - willing to get your hands dirty
- Superb organization and time management skills
- Excellent collaboration skills, but also comfortable with working autonomously
- Experience managing budgets and ability to balance competing priorities effectively
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high expectations and tight deadlines
We’d love it if:- You have a Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier college or university
- Familiarity/experience with financial and professional services
- You can speak another European language
- You have experience working with the US market
- You are familiar with Salesforce, WordPress and Active Campaign
- You have implemented HubSpot/Marketo or similar platform
- You have worked with YouTube and Instagram advertising
