The Role
Our client is looking for a Digital Analyst to support the digital transformation of their Brand. As the Marketing Customer Data Manager, you will play a vital role in leveraging customer data to create targeted marketing campaigns, enhan
ce personalization, and ultimately drive customer engagement and loyalty.
You will be guiding their Digital Marketing and CRM teams to understand consumer pain-points and identify the biggest opportunities. This role will have the opportunity to transform digital data into meaningful reports and deep dive investigations. These actionable insights will be presented to senior stakeholders, external agencies, and will drive business decisions.
This role would be ideal for someone who worked in a professional services environment, with experience working on digital measurement and reporting tools. This person will be expected to communicate at all levels, as well as having strong analytical skills. You will be joining a fast paced, commercial environment, with the opportunity to work with key stakeholders within the business.
Your Responsibilities:
Customer Data Management:- Develop and maintain a centralized customer database that includes relevant information such as demographics, purchase history, behavior, and interactions.
- Implement data quality checks and processes to ensure the accuracy and completeness of customer data
Data Analysis and Segmentation:- Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to derive insights from customer data and identify key trends, preferences, and behavior patterns.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to segment customers based on various attributes and behavior for targeted marketing campaigns.
- Personalization and Targeting:
- Work closely with marketing teams to implement personalized marketing strategies based on customer segmentation and preferences.
- Use customer data to create tailored messaging and offers that resonate with specific customer segments.
CRM System Management:- Oversee the administration and optimization of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Ensure proper data integration and synchronization between the CRM and other marketing tools.
Data Privacy and Compliance:- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and company policies related to customer data privacy and security.
- Implement data governance protocols to safeguard sensitive customer information.
Marketing Campaign Analysis:- Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using customer data to measure effectiveness and ROI.
- Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations to enhance future campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:- Collaborate with various marketing teams, including digital marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and social media, to support their data needs and ensure a unified approach.
- Data Integration and Automation:
- Explore opportunities to integrate customer data from multiple sources, such as website analytics, email marketing platforms, and social media, to gain a comprehensive view of customer interactions.
- Implement automation processes to streamline data collection and reporting.
Continuous Improvement:- Stay updated with marketing analytics trends and tools, and propose innovative ways to leverage customer data for marketing initiatives.
- Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains within the customer data management function.
Skills & Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing data management, data analysis, and segmentation.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau) and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
