They are originally fermented products, made naturally from plants and are loved by chef’s and  home cooks nationwide. The Role:
  • Develop and implement strategies to position the company’s brand for growth and market expansion in the UK (wholesale, direct retail/F&B, d2c)
  • Plan, lead & execute brand activations with key retailers, restaurants and collabs
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of competitor brands, consumer trends, and shopping behaviors (through consumer interviews) to inform brand and product strategies.
  • Design and supervise the creation of content across a variety of platforms, including press releases, newsletters, artwork, and digital media in collaboration with third party content creators 
  • Monitor brand performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and other data aggregators to ensure targets are met and to inform future strategies.
  • Organise product launches and promotional events to showcase new offerings and boost brand visibility.
  • Collaborate with the design team on retail packaging and in-store marketing displays to ensure brand consistency.
  • Manage the marketing budget and strategise guerrilla marketing techniques to position us in the forefront of food development. 
  • Work with advertising and PR agencies to manage and execute effective marketing campaigns for the brand.
  • Maintain and grow the company’s affiliations and partnerships to broaden our reach and strengthen our brand's influence.
Maintain regular contact with vendors and distributors to gain critical insights into product design and implementation improvements.
 
 


Experience and skills:
  • Demonstrated experience as a Brand Manager or similar role, preferably in the food or consumer goods industry (3 - 5+ years)
  • Strong understanding of brand development and multichannel marketing.
  • Experience in market, data and competitor analysis.
  • Proven track record in managing marketing campaigns and hitting profit targets.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.Collaborative work style
