They are looking for an Affiliates & Partnerships Manager to join their welcoming and talented team. You will be supported and encouraged so you are working at your full potential and building a successful career.
The Role:
The successful candidate will have full ownership of the existing channel working closely with
current affiliates and third-party partners. A key element of the role will be identifying and
acquiring new affiliates and partners to grow sales and increase brand awareness.
The ideal candidate should know how to use data and a test-driven approach to optimise and
grow the channel and meet companywide objectives.
Responsibilities:
● Day to day management of affiliates
Day to day management of brand and reward partners
● Devise and implement a 12-month strategy for affiliate channel and revenue growth
● Build and implement a 12-month partner recruitment strategy to acquire partners aligned
with the brand values and objectives
● Measure and track channel performance
● Proactively look for new opportunities within the channel
● Reporting to Head of Marketing and working in close alignment with the marketing team
across all channels to deliver campaigns
● Reporting of KPIs and communication with key stakeholders
Skills:
● Affiliate marketing experience
● Experience of building partnerships and recruiting partners
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
● Good organisational and communication skills
● Self-motivated and ambitious
● Capacity to work in a demanding, deadline-driven environment and flexible to business'
needs
● Experience working with affiliate networks including AWIN is preferred
● Educated to A-level or higher
● Sales experience preferred but not required
