TDRC careers are delighted to be working with one of their favourite clients again -  a successful Employee wellbeing organisation. They have been pioneering the field of employee wellbeing and organisational performance since 2004, working with the UK’s leading employers - from FTSE 100 companies to NHS Trusts for over 18 years.
They have ambitious growth plans, both in the UK and internationally so this is a fantastic time to be joining them!  .

The Role
The Content Marketing Manager works in collaboration with the Marketing Director and wider marketing team to develop a multi-channel content strategy that informs and delights their audiences and supports the sales pipeline and clients.
Content is fundamental to everything marketing does, and therefore this role is key to the success of both the team and business.  The Content Marketing Manager will possess a unique combination of creativity and analytical thinking and be able to generate the right standard of engaging content for our audiences whilst ensuring that content is optimised to perform well across all distribution channels.
Editorial flair and the ability to devise and produce powerful content are right at the heart of this role. But the successful candidate will also have good commercial instincts, embrace the discipline of project management, and understand the principles of campaign planning across a range of media, including social.
Why? Because you’ll be supporting business development specialists, managing your production workflows, and collaborating closely with experts who are focusing on planning the distribution of your work and measuring its impact.
You’ll probably have one medium or format which is your comfort zone. However, you need to be versatile and inherently curious to excel in this role.

What will you be doing?
  • Brainstorm and develop a programme of content which amplifies the core values and positioning of their brand through impactful brand campaigns and storytelling to drive awareness and consideration among potential and existing clients.
  • Create media worthy content, working with the PR agency, that encourages discussion and debate, and positions them as experts in employee wellbeing and performance.
  • Utilise their statistical data insights, working with the Intelligence & Insights Manager, to validate our value proposition within our communications and campaigns.
  • Work with the Campaign and Events Marketing Manager and agencies to align content concepts for their channel strategies. Create campaign and event themes, presentations, and collateral.
  • Work alongside the Content Producer to support the product development process (content and brand within product) and its effective communication to clients and prospects.
  • Support the Digital Marketing Operations Manager and agencies to ensure improvements in SEO rankings through our content.
  • Continually optimise our content to ensure we are always refining our approach to make it more targeted and relevant to our audience.
  • Ensure brand compliance on all materials and communications produced.
  • Ensure all content projects a clear and distinctive personality for the brand and is congruent with our brand messaging and positioning – while also being tightly aligned with key commercial objectives, product launch timings and creative campaigns.
  • Owning and managing the Marketing Content Calendar, so channel owners can align their plans with it.
  • Partnering with business areas to obtain input-sign-off to marketing activities, provide reporting to CMO and stakeholders on project status, impact, and effectiveness.

Skills and Experience:
  • A storyteller, with the ability to develop engaging content for a wide range of audiences, with a strong content creation and writing background. Outstanding copywriting and editorial skills in UK English are essential.
  • A critical thinker, with excellent attention to detail as well as market research and analysis skills; have proven ability to inform content strategy and editorial plan with data-driven insights and learnings around impact and performance.
  • Experienced in working closely with PR agencies and industry influencers to create ‘value-add’ content.
  • Be able to take complex technical information about our software and turn it into easy-to-understand client facing communications and collateral.
  • A creative and big picture thinker, proactively identifying new content ideas as well as process improvements.
  • A self-starter with strong project and time management skills, who takes ownership of tasks and can deliver high-quality work to deadlines.
  • A team player with strong collaboration and influencing skills, contagiously enthusing key stakeholders to proactively suggest and generate new content.
  • A curious mind, demonstrating an ability to stay up to speed on industry, functional and technological trends, and developments, as well as best practice.

Why apply
You will be joining an organisation who want you to enjoy your work while supporting and encouraging you within a vibrant, energetic working environment. They will equip you with the skills, knowledge, and tools to succeed. This a first-class business who continues to grow and have a created a warm and welcoming company culture.
