The Organisation
This is your opportunity to join a pioneering Sports Tech company, who are rapidly expanding both within the UK and across the globe. They are looking for a highly driven Product Manager to add to their team of talented marketeers.

The Role- Defining and specifying product features, bearing in mind user requirements and journeys of each product
- Working closely with users, business stakeholders and the technical team to produce specifications for products that deliver on functionality, value, future proof designs and product 'elegance'
- Creating wireframes based on these specifications that can be refined with input from other stakeholders before being given to designers
- Organising the design process so that designs for each product and amendment suit the specifications
- Writing user stories ensuring that conditions of acceptance are well defined and are created in accordance with the specification criteria and best practice
- Ensuring relevant documentation and processes in place for product operational support
- Conduct analysis and planning
- Research on our existing client base and users. Gather feedback from sales, support, and other channels
- Having dialogue with your target users at our clients. Understand in depth their current issues and anticipated problems
- Understanding the current issues and competitive landscape in the sports booking industry. Identify opportunities and the products you are accountable for
- Analysing metrics that inform the success of products e.g., client impact/value creation, usage data from analytics of the site
Core skill requirements- Experience working with cross functional teams, communicating with tech and non-tech teams
- Using wireframing software such as Balsamiq, Figma
- Experience in documenting products on platforms such as Confluence
- Using project management software such as Jira
Personal Attributes- Team player who is happy to work alone to complete tasks without direct supervision
- Good communication skills so that you can communicate ideas, problems, and solutions in user-friendly way to everyone from the interns to CEO
- Not afraid of the unknown – working on tasks which require self-research and exploration to find solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills with can do attitude
- Attention to detail
- Technology enthusiast keeping up to date with latest trends skills and frameworks across web technologies
- Experience
- 3+ years commercial experience required
