Salary: up to £150,000 base salary + bonus+ equity and package

The Organisation/Role:
Our client is building the world’s first regulated payments curation layer. By consolidating best-in-class payments infrastructure under their ecosystem, they will enable marketplaces and eCommerce brands to scale their payments operations smoothly around the world. They have just closed their Series A funding round allowing them to accelerate product development, sales, and marketing activities.

Main duties and responsibilities
  • Overall responsibility for the growth and revenue delivery for Europe
  • Enable the SDR team to proactively prospect, identify, qualify and develop sales pipeline and market segmentation
  • Manage metrics, output, sales targets and delivery of profitable customers through the direct sales team
  • Actively drive the creation of our sales and GTM strategy; determine which segments we should focus on, what our value props should be, how we should pitch, and iterate regularly based on result
  • Build out a best-in-class team of Enterprise sales hunters, partnerships and Account Executives
  • Create and nurture strong and effective relationships, resulting in growth opportunities and wallet expansion
 
Requirements
You should be:
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and be fully accountable for delivering on time
  • Highly strategic and a structured thinking: you know how to analyse problems and show business value
  • A natural in navigating ambiguity and building from the ground up
  • Highly skilled at managing multiple priorities and projects - you need to be well versed in diving into the granular level detail
  • Obsessed about leading and coaching; driven by and knowing how to lead people, motivate them, and build highly resilient teams that constantly over perform
  • You should have exceptional closing and deal making experience at c level within major industry brands and be able to articulate those in detail
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: you own your results and everything in between and creatively problem solve your way out of issues to drive revenue
 
 
Skills & Experience:
  • 8+ years of experience working in high performance sales environments, you must have been in a start-up or scale ups within B2B/C cross border payments
  • A proven track record of closing deals and experience carrying a quota for yourself and team having proven you can over deliver
  • Experience building and leading a high performing team with a strong passion for leadership and talent development
  • Exceptional analytical and organisational skills - you will have to juggle multiple things at once
  • A passion for sales and adding value; you enjoy the art of going to market and get excited about closing deals and helping customers
  • Ambition to grow very quickly; this is a hyper-growth company, looking for people who have a deep desire and ambition to excel quickly
  • Experienced in successfully leveraging CRM platforms to support the delivery of pipeline and prospects
