The Role
Would you like to make a positive difference to healthcare in the work that you do? We're looking for an experienced, proactive, and self-motivated Senior Marketing Executivemarketing professional with experience in e-commerce to join our customer-centric team and implement marketing strategies to acquire and retain customers. You’ll have clear acquisition targets to achieve, and you’ll use your creativity and digital marketing expertise to deliver effective sales campaigns.


Responsibilities:
Marketing strategy and customer insight:
  • Makes decisions on how to use the B2C budget effectively to achieve targets
  • Uses segmentation to tailor activity to customers and gain a deeper knowledge of customer groups
  • Identifies strategies to grow audiences in growth markets

Campaigns:
  • Initiates and creates campaigns to achieve acquisition targets and grow customer loyalty
  • Uses digital channel expertise including email, social media and PPC to deliver campaigns
  • Works effectively with agencies and confidently briefs suppliers to achieve goals
  • Investigates and tests new digital marketing technologies and techniques
 

Analytics and testing:
  • Identifies success metrics for campaigns and presents / reports on these to stakeholders
  • A/B tests campaigns inc. different imagery, layout, length of text etc. in order to build up expertise in what engages the customer. Contributes to the tracking and recording of this testing
  • Works with the data team to ensure all interactions are measured accurately in Google Analytics



Skills & Experience
  • Experience in e-commerce
  • Experience using digital marketing channels including email, PPC, social and SEO
  • Experience of automating marketing campaigns
  • Experience of running B2C sales campaigns
  • Google Analytics expertise
  • Knowledge of audience engagement and segmentation
  • The ability to write compelling and customer focused copy
  • Confident stakeholder management skills inc. influencing and negotiation
  • Experience in presenting to groups of people
  • Data driven; understands what to measure and when
  • Comfortable with new technologies
