They are working with high-profile clients across a broad range of sectors to produce video strategies and creative social content to inspire audiences around the world. The Role:
This dynamic company are looking for an all-rounder who is just as confident receiving a brief as they are capturing content themselves. This role requires someone who is a strong communicator, who will build a strong rapport with the client - quickly becoming an extremely safe pair of hands who live and breathe their client’s values and personality. Part of the role is client management, and within that comes the ability to problem solve, manage feedback and also report insights. You will have support
from a wider team but must be comfortable working autonomously.
They will provide you with training, however you must be confident with remote records
and podcast production and have good technical skills when it comes to audio capture and audio editing. There is an element of talent sourcing and management in this role. They are looking for
someone who can hunt out a good story and get the very best from their contributors.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Complete client management - including regular calls/meetings
- Managing podcast series
- Sourcing and booking podcast guests
- Briefing talent
- Developing content ideas
- Managing recordings (working with a team to implement this)
- Proving monthly reports
- Living and breathing the podcast series!
- Getting involved in idea generation
- Supporting the Company producer on wider projects when available
The must have skills:
- What we are looking for
- Experience producing podcasts
- Strong communication skills
- Audio editing experience (min 1 year working in a relevant job)
- Project management skills (familiarity with Monday.com is beneficial)
- A creative mind
