The Role:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic & energetic project manager to join a growing team, and ambitious agency. This person must be highly organised and thrive in a fast-paced, growing department, handling multiple projects, stakeholders & team members at the same time.
This person will be working across fee-based projects across Data & Insight, SEO & Web Development departments, and Performance. The work ranges from ad ops, tracking, reporting, data science & analysis, SEO, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) integration, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation), and Web development.
Day-to-day:- Reporting to the Department Manager on campaign and client activity across several departments
- Attend client and internal kick-off meetings & take detailed briefs.
- Maintain project plans, schedules, timelines, and budgets.
- Resource management, both internally & working with freelancers/contractors.
- Attend regular status meetings & provide regular updates to key internal stakeholders.
- Admin work including contracts, documentation & invoicing.
- Use of PM tools (such as ClickUp and Float) to record and organise tasks & priorities.
Skills required:- Organisation & Time management – the person applying for this role must be extremely organised and able to manage multiple projects and cross-functional team members simultaneously.
- Problem solving - being able to prioritise workloads and foresee future resourcing issues before they occur.
- Communication – maintaining regular communication with the Digital Project Manager, the growing team of employees and contractors as well as key stakeholders within each individual project - clients or internal account managers.
- Confidence - able to manage multiple stakeholders with differing priorities, stand your ground, and not shy away from difficult conversations.
- Any experience in digital platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Campaign Manager, Datorama, Salesforce, SEO, CRO, Web dev are not essential but will support your application.
