The Organisation:
Digital Careers, part of the Digital Recruitment Company is working with one of the UK’s largest property services companies providing solution to residential lettings and sales agents. They offer a comprehensive range of property services including Energy Performance Certificates (EPC). They are going through a period of rapid expansion and are investing in the development of the company. They have a new Marketing Department that is developing digital solutions to improve their customer journey and market penetration. They are now looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join their team and help implement their digital strategy. There’s HUGE opportunity to learn, develop and grow within this rapidly expanding company.
The Role:
You will help design and implement their digital marketing strategy and support across various channels including email and social media and deliver successful campaigns to drive website traffic and improve conversion. A brilliant opportunity for a digital marketing expert with knowledge of CRM funnel management and optimisation to join a modern and rapidly expanding business. The role will become the CRM expert to advise Marketing and Sales on CRM roll out, monitoring and ongoing improvements.
Key tasks & Responsibilities:- Communicate new and existing activities with the Marketing & Sales Departments and other key stakeholders.
- Grow web traffic to enable digital growth and optimise campaign performance.
- Build relations with Sales to ensure Marketing and Sales are working effectively together.
- Maintain and develop their digital offering with their digital agency.
- Develop, monitor, and report on the Marketing & Sales CRM Pipeline for all channels to maximise ROI on digital campaigns with the team.
- Work with the marketing team to execute integrated email campaigns, ensuring content is targeted to reach a wide and relevant audience.
- Help manage social media and Google AdWords campaigns and reporting on them.
- Help deliver fresh and innovative concepts and initiatives across multiple social media channels, and sites, sharing informative and useful guides where relevant.
Skills & Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field or 2-3-years’ relevant experience. (Preferred but not essential)
- Experience implementing marketing plans.
- Experience delivering multi-channel marketing digital communications.
- Digital marketing and CRM experience (preferably HubSpot) to optimise customer experience funnels and landing pages.
- Knowledge of marketing and web analytics tools such as Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Detail oriented.
