The Role
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting, developing, implementing, tracking, and optimising digital marketing campaigns across all the company’s EMEA’s online channels and contributes to the success of the teams across the region. This includes updating content across the company alongside SEO, social, property search, and email marketing. Working closely with the Head of Digital, the EMEA Marketing team, global and local stakeholders, the role will be responsible for enhancing and implementing digital marketing strategies to improve engagement and lead generation.
The ideal candidate will have B2B multi-channel digital marketing experience, with real estate experience beneficial but not essential. An ability to multitask and prioritise will be essential, as will a proactive and ideas-driven approach with a creative mind-set in their market-leading enterprise.
The role reports to the EMEA Head of Digital Marketing and is to be based in our London office for most of the working week, with hybrid working flexibility.
What will you be doing?- Support, develop and implement digital activities across all digital channels including website, email, and social channels.
- Deliver internal digital communications excellence across channels with our people.
- Track the performance of digital activities and be a strategic advisor for the digital teams across the region.
- Collaborate with global digital team in advocating for and implementing global digital tools and components in our digital roadmap.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and the wider Marketing team to continually improve the performance of all digital marketing activity.
- Educate internal stakeholders on digital best practice in 1-on-1/small group sessions.
- Adopt a test and learn mentality whilst testing new innovative ideas to drive performance.
What do you need?
The ideal candidate will be passionate for all things ‘Digital’, and have the following:- At least 4+ years’ digital marketing experience
- Expertise across channels including website, email marketing, social channels, and intranets
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to articulate digital best practice and concepts to internal stakeholders by using data and analytics
- Knowledge of building and reporting on email campaign performance
- Experience using CMS systems (Sitecore preferred but not essential) and Google Analytics
- Experience using Salesforce, Hootsuite, MS Sharepoint advantageous
- Experience managing and optimising social media channel content and campaigns
- Excellent project management skills and track record
- Capable of working autonomously to a high-level of accuracy and speed, with excellent attention to detail e.g., proofreading, spelling, and grammar
- Proficient using Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to shift priorities and deliver projects on a timely basis, well organized, and excellent time management skills.
- A strong work ethic, the strength to thrive in a dynamic and demanding work environment, and an ability to meet critical deadlines.
