The Role:
After a period of rapid growth, they are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic leader to continue to
grow their offering within the UK. Reporting to the senior leadership team, you will oversee new and existing client relationships for the business with a focus on sales and revenue for both the agency and their clients.
The role will require you to lead key accounts and oversee all client services with a
particular focus on delivering a best-in-class service. You’ll be commercial and able to identify opportunities for growth within the agency through operational efficiencies and cutting-edge digital media strategies for clients. With prior experience in managing large budgets and complex cross-channel digital strategies, you will have excellent knowledge of digital, the digital landscape and be the agency’s strategy leader.
Responsibilities
- Own their client services function, shaping its responsibilities and defining how it can
- Take charge of the client lifecycle, from initial enquiry to the pitch process and ongoing
- Oversee proposals, SOWs and pitch and creds decks with the wider paid media team.
- Ensure account management teams and channel specialists are equipped to execute on best
- Oversee weekly client updates and attend monthly strategy sessions with key clients
- Partner with channel leads and account directors to define sales and retention strategies for
- Represent the voice of our clients to inform strategic planning and investment choices.
- Ensure we are working as effectively as possible through internal process development and
- appropriate activity is developed and implemented.

About you- 8+ years of experience in digital performance marketing.
- Experience in leading and working with a variety of brands.
- Experience in managing teams to deliver a full digital service to clients.
- Collaborative and works well as part of a team, always striving to improve campaign
- performance and client comms.
- Strong technical knowledge is essential. Ideally in several paid social platforms i.e.
- Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest and Snapchat, alongside a broad understanding of
- tracking and data.
- Professional curiosity and knowledge of new and emerging digital trends.
- Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- An eye for copywriting and proofreading.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Drive Applications, especially
- Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/ Presentations.
- A creative problem solver.
- A desire to learn and develop.

Location
Their stunning offices are based in the heart of Fitzrovia, minutes’ walk from Goodge Street,
Tottenham Court Road and Warren Street stations.
They currently operate a hybrid working week, including Tuesday-Thursday in the office with the
option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.
