The Digital Recruitment company are excited to be recruiting for a Senior CRO Executive to join a Finance company who are changing the way finance is delivered!
They’ve spent the last five years building an exceptional digital consumer lending platform that, in short, keeps finance simple. There’s no complicated forms or jargon, just an easier way to navigate the world of borrowing.
Data is key to their decision making. As a Senior CRO Executive, you will provide expert functional and technical capability, ensuring that their digital solutions and journeys are always optimised to meet both the customer and business needs.
The role is broad, requiring a logical and curious mind. A business focus to find and explore new opportunities to improve CRO (Conversion Rate Optimisation) is essential.
What will you be doing?
You’ll be at the very heart of their goal to expand the impact of data and insight on the customer experience and outcomes that drive their own revenue growth.- This essential role stems from a key strategic priority of refining their current digital platform, by iteratively driving customer journey changes with the goal of improving experience and personalisation.
- Derive insights from analytics and revenue figures, funnel analysis, drop-off, traffic patterns and bounce rates to define and mandate improvement actions required to optimise conversion in their own brand and partner journeys.
- Reporting to the Head of CRO, you’ll be pivotal in identifying optimisation opportunities and delivering solutions to customer journey challenges.
- Ensuring data accuracy to make well thought out, data-backed hypothesises which can be implemented and results measured.
- Working within a small team of CRO experts, you’ll help drive their A/B testing and personalisation program to continuously improve conversion funnel and make data driven decisions based on different tests and insights.
- Cross functional collaboration with Product, UX Design, Business Analysts and Developers, whilst maintaining relationships with the wider business units for continual development.
- Interpretation of their vast data to better understand customers’ behaviour and motivations.
Who we are we looking for:- Being hypothesis led with the confidence to interpret the ‘so what’ of both exploratory data analysis and experimentation results, a curiosity to ensure we’re always learning in everything we do.
- A drive and desire to learn more and solve the pain points their users face on site(s), identifying areas for conversion optimisation whilst reaching the balance of profitable business decisions.
- Influential in decision making, working alongside Product Owners to shape strategy and develop roadmaps.
- Thrive to challenge yourself and those around you to deliver the best, personalised, customer journey.
- Influencing decision making for a wide variety of stakeholders, both within the department or external to Freedom with our affiliate partners and lenders.
What do you need?- Strong expertise in journey optimisation and funnel improvement, ultimately leading to higher conversion rates.
- Strong ecommerce and/or lead generation within a B2C environment.
- Experience in A/B testing and personalisation design and delivery.
- You are an expert at using tools such as SessionCam and VWO.
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and ideally Google Tag Manager.
- Curious and logical mind in order to interpret, find patterns and ultimately draw insights from data.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience creating and managing SEO projects would be beneficial to the role but NOT required.
- Financial sector experience preferred but NOT required.
What you will gain:- You will deliver journeys that will be used by millions of people.
- A satisfying mission, working to make selecting and purchasing financial products more straightforward and fairer.
- This role brings the best of both worlds: the experience of growing early-stage products with the support of an already successful company.
- A career within the fast paced and fast evolving financial technology sector.
- Gain or solidify your existing experience within a private equity backed business and all the benefits that comes with it.
- The benefits and culture you would expect from a progressive and fast-growing financial services business.
- An opportunity to develop your career and pursue specialist areas of interest.
