The Role
Working within Demand Generation, you will be part of the team that build creative digital marketing and communications campaigns that engage and educate the sales teams and customers about their products and recruitment solutions.
Reporting to the Marketing Communications manager, your role is to write innovative and engaging conversion copy to drive leads through to the sales team. You’ll be as confident writing headlines and taglines as you are writing email content and subject lines.
Purpose- Write product and solution-based conversion copy for various platforms, including email marketing, landing pages, PPC ads, and display
- Produce copy that stands out and grabs the attention of the target audience
- Work with Brand Marketing to ensure alignment of copy to brand guidelines and tone of voice
- Ensure consistency of message across all touchpoints
About you:- 2+ years professional copywriting experience
- A fastidious love of language and grammar backed up by best-in-class writing
- Comfortable delivering timely creative work to brief
- A good communicator with the confidence to show initiative
- Demonstrable understanding of conversion copywriting best practice across various digital platforms, instinctively knowing the best way to engage an audience
- Creative and enthusiastic, with a genuine desire to ever improve
- Creative and strive to always think differently
- Able to work in a dynamic environment where new projects arise frequently
