The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Product and Web Analyst to lead the analytical support for ourB2B eCommerce channel, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and customer experience improvements. You will be the key point of contact for eCommerce stakeholders when it comes to understanding funnel performance on the website, A/B testing and wider customer insights. You will be responsible for developing recommendations based on your insights and creating the right testing frameworks. You’ll be part of a creative, hardworking, and friendly team, working in a collaborative and innovative environment with key stakeholders across the business.
Your Responsibilities:
- Help to define eCommerce goals and KPIs
- Analyse conversion and how customers navigate through the website, identify pain-points, and suggest ideas of what can be tested next to improve experience
- Own tracking specifications. Work closely with tracking implementation teams, product and devs, deciding what and when something is tracked. Plus, make sure current tracking implementation is correct and up to date
- Create relevant dashboards to set benchmarks and measure the impact of changes (e.g. customer acquisition, competitor analysis, new vs returning customer behaviour)
- A/B testing ideation, setup and owning of Optimizely eCommerce experimentation
- Analysing qualitative data in Hotjar or research tools to better understand user flows and onsite behaviour
- Monitoring daily performance to identify technical issues, impact of content/UX changes and A/B tests
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting and identification of trends
- Channel and traffic reporting
- Managing and improving existing dashboards and reports
- Ad Hoc analysis for other teams e.g. UX
- Providing analytics trainings, giving access and troubleshooting
- Deliver insights that are accurate, understandable, and actionable
Skills & Experience:- Demonstrable experience as a product analyst, web analyst, data analyst or similar
- A/B testing experience, and experience working with related tools (e.g. Optimizely)
- Experience working with product analytics tools (e.g. Hotjar)
- Experience using web analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics) to generate key performance reporting and actionable insight
- Experience using data visualisation tools (e.g. PowerBI)
- Highly numerate, proficient in Excel
- Strong oral, written and formal presentation skills, ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple way
- Ability to prioritise multiple requests against commercial impacts
- Proactive and a keen problem solver
- Experience of working within an eCommerce team or function
