What will you be doing?
The primary role of the CRM Manager is to continually optimise campaign activity on the existing customer database through analysis of trends and customer segments.
Delivering recommendations, tests and manage a portfolio of activity with the objective of increasing customer lifetime value, engagement and building long term relationships which are personalised, proactive and predictive.
CRM Manager Responsibilities:
- To own and deliver the existing customer multi-contact strategy including production and delivery of the annual plan and optimisation testing to a number of well-known brands which it’s platform powers
- Work closely with other departments of the business to implement and facilitate the CRM strategy and plan in line with overall business objectives
- Grow overall database size and quality by ensuring data collection points are in place across all areas of the business to maximise every opportunity
- End to end responsibility for delivery and development of all life-cycles campaigns including segmentation, transactional emails, upsell, welcome re-activation and re-engagement programs
- Develop engaging, impactful and personalised campaigns that drive retention and loyalty to meet commercial objectives
- Work with the CCO to interpret the overall propositions and branding piece for each persona recommending elements to dial up and dial down
- Analyse performance and using this to inform new models to predict customer behaviours and introduce prioritisation in terms of speed of customer follow up and product suggestions to deliver efficiencies in conversion and repeat purchase
- Ensure all collateral is fully compliant and a full process is maintained
- Support with the customer communications strategy including customer journey mapping and contact strategy mapping
- Test, learn and iterate to ensure they are always improving
- Ensure comms are on brand, effective and accurate/compliant
Do you have the following?
- Excellent Operational CRM experience – ideally within financial services
- High level CRM Design experience
- We use Blueshift – experience would be great but not essential
- Previous ownership of a CRM strategy and Roadmap
- Good knowledge of the full development cycle
- Strong relationship and stakeholder management experience
- Commercially astute and results driven
- Have a love for digital and interest in financial services
- Collaborative mind set with the ability to work as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail, able to work under pressure and work on own initiative
- Proven success in managing complex, personalised, segmented CRM campaigns
- A numerate individual with the ability to turn data into commercially viable CRM strategies
