The Role
As the Ecommerce Executive, you will deliver an exceptional Experience to their customers by tailoring their Ecommerce platforms in a way that draws customers back again, and again. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a broad role and remit, working with a high level of autonomy in a lean team, while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver a cohesive brand and product experience.

Key Role Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Senior Ecommerce Manager in executing the Ecommerce strategy
  • Researching and analysing market trends and competitors and suggest new ideas and improvements to remain competitive
  • Uploading products and ranges in bulk and accurately maintaining website content, and pricing and product information, including timely updates to promotions, out of stock or discontinued items
  • Regularly updating the site to ensure consistency with the brand’s weekly trading focus and provide customers with a reason to return to the site on a regular basis
  • Updating the website with agreed trading actions and ensuring navigation facets are up to date to reflect the ranges
  • Ensuring the website is presented in a customer focused way
  • Analysing and improving merchandising on the site and produce relevant reports using Google Analytics
  • Identifying merchandising and category opportunities through key areas of the website
  • Assist in the development of campaigns, building and optimising landing pages
  • Continually optimising digital touch points to improve efficiency and ensure customers have a reason to return to the site
  • Collaborating with the Content Coordinator in developing the content calendar
  • Continually identifying and implementing content improvements in collaboration with the Content Coordinator
  • Working closely with the buying commercial team to ensure the website is included in trading decision
  • Update and execute the trade calendar for Ecommerce
  • Leading and owning the briefs for digital designers and building content on the CMS tool on the website

Must Have Skills & Experience
  • 2-3 years Ecommerce experience
  • Minimum of 2 years Shopify Plus experience is crucial including product import apps (Excelify/ Matrixify)
  • An interest in luxury/ high-end Ecommerce
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel
