Location: Uxbridge / WFH 2-3 days a week

The Organisation/Role:
We are working with a company global nutrition business with over 12,000 employers in over 95 countries with net sales of over $5 billion globally. They have been constantly growing with no sign of stopping.
Role:
You'll be responsible for the day-to-day production, execution and scheduling of email campaigns, ensuring they are delivered in a timely manner and to the highest standard. As such, you'll be able to demonstrate a keen interest in email marketing and will be motivated to meet business KPI's.
Executing test and learn strategies, to help the business make the most of their CRM Programme, identifying additional opportunities for automated emails and life-cycle campaigns.
Monitor and assist with the planning and implementation of multi-channel campaigns
Core Responsibilities
Your remit will be to work with insight and data to translate key themes and behaviors into targeting segmentations and use those to architect contact strategies.- You’ll cover all key target audiences, ensuring an amazing Customer/ Distributor experience sits at the heart of CRM journeys, which in turn helps to drive incremental value growth of our Member base
- Working across all aspects of the Distributor and Customer lifecycle – from onboarding and their first 90 days, through to retention, reactivation, cross sell and engagement.
- Beyond the role itself, the big opportunity with this role is to become part of a company who’s a little different to most of their scale and complexity and exploring the opportunities of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
- Build appropriate tests or controls to monitor the effectiveness of campaigns or the campaign selection process
- Maintain the campaign tracking process and development reports/dashboards for issues and improvements in campaign processes and targeting
- Support with content and design for communication activities to members
Essential Technical Skills:- CRM Experience
- Good level of marketing experience
- CRM Content creation and expertise
- Knowledgeable and experienced in the usage of databases, spreadsheets, campaign management
Essential Soft Skills:- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong CRM skills
- Time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Ability to build excellent working relationships with key stakeholders
- Excellent attention to detail
